.Synopsis...
High pressure will dominate much of the Pacific NW today.  The jet 
stream will bring S-SW winds aloft to the area, with high-level 
turbulence possible across the area.  A few showers are possible 
mainly around western WA this morning, and then increasing around 
parts of OR to northern CA/NV, where icing also will be possible.

Generally VFR conditions are expected today with the S wind becoming 
more light/variable in the afternoon and then N-NE tonight.  The low-
level wind will veer from SW to NE.

Generally VFR conditions are expected today with relatively light 
surface and low-level wind.

.KGEG/Spokane Forecast Discussion...
Generally VFR conditions are expected today with gust S-SW surface 
wind easing this evening.  The low-level wind will veer from WSW to 
NE.
