Temperatures this morning are in the 20s and 30s across Mid-America.
A quiet day is expected today with afternoon highs in the upper 50s
and low 60s. Lows tonight will generally be in the upper 30s and low 40s
across the region. 

A much warmer day is expected on Monday with afternoon temperatures across
most of the region in the 70s and 80s. Low chances for some showers will
mostly remain across eastern Nebraska over portions of Iows. Chances for
showers and storms will increase across portions of the Lower Midwest Monday
night. Lows Monday night will range from the mid 30s across the High Plains
to the low 50s across southeast Kansas and western Missouri.

VFR conditions expected over the next 24 hours.

VFR cigs are expected to gradually clear out of the region today.
A surface ridge across western Kansas will generally keep winds light and 
out of the northwest. However, winds will gradually shift to southerly this 
afternoon and evening, and will increase tonight across central Kansas.
Occasional wind gusts late tonight into Monday morning across central
may exceed 20 knots at times.
