Subject: Discontinuation of the 18Z issuance of the Regional Temperature 
         and Precipitation Summary and Rescheduling for 16Z on or about 
         February 12, 2024 with COOP Reports Only

Effective on or about February 12, 2024, the NWS office in Cheyenne, WY 
(CYS) will discontinue the 18Z issuance of the Regional Temperature and 
Precipitation Summary (RTP). The 00Z issuance of the RTP will continue to 
be issued. We will also be issuing a second RTP at 16Z daily that will 
contain COOP reports only.
