.DISCUSSION...
Mostly sunny and warm conditions are expected at the training location on
Monday, with minimum humidities lowering into the upper 30 percent range in
the afternoon. Light southerly winds are expected at 0800, increasing 
through the day with gusts between 20 to 25 mph in the mid afternoon to 
evening hours. A deepening marine layer will push low clouds and fog over the
location Monday night.  

.MONDAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (35-45 percent)in the morning becoming 
                    sunny (10-20 percent). 
Max temperature.....58 at 0800. Max 77-79. 
Min humidity........73 at 0800. Min 35-40 percent. 
Eye level winds.....South to southwest winds 2 to 4 mph at 0800,
                    becoming south 4 to 6 mph by 1100, then
                    increasing to 5 to 8 mph with gusts to 12
                    mph at 1400. 
Wind (20 ft)........South to southwest winds 5 to 7 mph at 0800,
                    becoming south 9 to 12 mph at 1100, then 
                    increasing to 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 to 25
                    mph at 1400. 
Mixing height.......1800 ft AGL at 0800, rising to 5800 ft AGL.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (20-30 percent) then becoming 
                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent) with low clouds and 
                    patchy fog overnight.
