The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern McMullen County in south central Texas...
  Southwestern Live Oak County in south central Texas...

* Until 300 PM CDT.
    
* At 235 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Annarose, or 12 miles south of George West, moving
  west at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Clegg around 240 PM CDT.
  Loma Alta around 300 PM CDT.

This includes the following highways...
 US Highway 281 between mile markers 640 and 648.
 US Highway 59 between mile markers 730 and 744.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
