The National Weather Service in Tiyan Guam has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  Guam 
  * Until 400 PM ChST.

* At 1256 PM ChST, Satellite indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in flooding in
  the advisory area. One inch or more of rain has already fallen.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will cause flooding of rivers and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where 
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become 
killers in heavy rains. Hikers should avoid streams or creeks.
