...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 AM EST EARLY THIS 
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of Florida, including the following county, 
  Upper Keys in Monroe County.

* WHEN...Until 530 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 322 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 8 and 18 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible
    near Ocean Reef.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Key Largo, Jewfish Creek Bridge, East End Of Channel 5
    Bridge, Plantation, Rock Harbor, Windley Key, Route 1/card
    Sound, Route 1/card Sound Road Split, Upper Matecumbe Key and
    Teatable Key.
