...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central South Dakota, 
  including the following counties, in southwest South Dakota, 
  Jackson. In west central South Dakota, Pennington.

* WHEN...Until 1245 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams 
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 751 AM MDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding
    is already occurring in the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Interior and northern Pine Ridge Reservation.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
