...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Colorado, including the following 
  county, Morgan.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads 
  remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

    - At 220 PM MDT, Emergency management reported multiple
    county roads washed out due to thunderstorms in the warned
    area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain
    have fallen.

    - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible
    in the warned area.

    - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Brush.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
