...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the 
following rivers in Montana...

  Lodge Creek near International Border affecting Hill and Blaine 
  Counties.

For the Lodge Creek...including International Border...Moderate 
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is 
  forecast.

* WHERE...Lodge Creek near International Border.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.3 feet, April 24 2018 - Lodge Creek rose to near 
  10.3 feet this year. No impacts were reported, yet areal flooding 
  did occur because of snowmelt in northern Hill and northern Blaine 
  counties. The gauge is actually in southern Alberta.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:25 AM MDT Thursday the stage was 8.2 feet.
  - The creek is expected to crest around 9.8 feet this weekend.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:25 AM MDT Thursday was 8.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.8
    feet Saturday morning, before slowly falling below flood
    stage next week.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.0 feet on 04/05/1958.
