northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska, including the following 
counties, in Colorado, Kit Carson and Yuma. In northwest Kansas, 
Cheyenne and Sherman. In southwest Nebraska, Dundy.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
