...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 2 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central, 
northeast, and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in 
east central Kentucky, Bath, Elliott, Estill, Fleming, Menifee, 
Montgomery, Powell and Rowan. In northeast Kentucky, Johnson and 
Martin. In southeast Kentucky, Lee, Magoffin, Morgan and Wolfe.

Heavy rain has ended, therefore the flash flood threat has ended. 
Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 2 AM EDT early this 
morning.
