The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of south central Kentucky, 
including the following areas, Allen, Clinton, Cumberland, Logan, 
Monroe and Simpson.

The heavy rainfall threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 7 AM CDT this morning. However, continue to heed any 
lingering road closures. Never drive through flood waters under any 
circumstances.
