including the following areas, Alexander, Johnson, Massac, Pope, 
Pulaski and Union, western Kentucky, including the following areas, 
Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, 
Marshall and McCracken, and southeast Missouri, including the 
following areas, Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, 
Mississippi, New Madrid, Ripley, Scott, Stoddard and Wayne MO.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
