The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of panhandle 
Nebraska and southeast Wyoming, including the following areas, in 
panhandle Nebraska, Cheyenne County and Kimball County. In southeast 
Wyoming, Central Laramie County, East Laramie County, Laramie 
Valley, South Laramie Range and South Laramie Range Foothills.

The threat for heavy rain has ended and flooding is no longer 
expected to pose a threat.
