...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR NORTHWESTERN MARION AND CENTRAL WETZEL COUNTIES...

At 553 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
that 1 to 2 inches of rain fell in earlier storms. Flooding impacts 
will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. As water from 
smaller creeks makes its way into larger creeks and streams, flash 
flood threat will subside through 630 pm.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Mannington, Pine Grove, Jacksonburg, Farmington, Smithfield, 
  Curtisville, Folsom, Big Run, Grangeville, Metz, Rachel, Carolina, 
  Idamay and Reader.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
