...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR CENTRAL MECKLENBURG COUNTY...

Flood waters are receding. Minor flash flooding in the immediate 
vicinity of Mallard Creek is no longer expected to pose a threat.  
Nuisance flooding in the larger area across northeastern Mecklenburg 
and western Cabarrus Counties will continue this morning.  Please 
continue to heed remaining road closures.
