...The Flood Warning is extended for the following river in 
Illinois...Missouri...Kentucky...

  Ohio River at Cairo.

.Recent heavy rainfall and floodwaters moving downstream along the 
Mississippi River will result in flood stage being exceeded at Cairo 
later today. A crest in minor flood is projected to occur early next 
week.

For the Ohio River...including Cairo...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to Friday, May 17.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 39.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 43.5 feet Monday morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage Friday, May 17.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
