...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 1215 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1215 PM CDT this afternoon for a 
portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, 
Jefferson, Orleans and St. Bernard.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and poor drainage flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to avoid any 
standing water.
