...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Texas, including the following 
  county, Clay.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1252 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in
    Dean due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already
    occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Dean and Petrolia are the most likely places to experience
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Petrolia, Byers and Dean.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
