* At 436 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 13 nm west of Cobham Bay to 11 nm west of Burwell
  Bay to 19 nm southwest of James River Bridge, moving northeast at
  15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Cobham Bay and Burwell Bay around 500 PM EDT.
