* At 237 AM EST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing 
  waterspouts and winds up to 65 kt were located along a line 
  extending from 25 to 45 nm SE of Shinnecock Inlet, moving NE at 50 
  kt. 

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts up to 65 kt. 

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural 
           damage in high winds. 

* These storms will remain out over the open waters.
