* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA extending from 20 nm to
  40 nm...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 604 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near R7 Tower to 19 nm east of Sayler Barge, moving
  east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  R7 Tower...                       

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
