  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out
  20 NM...
  Eastern Choctawhatchee Bay...
  Western Choctawhatchee Bay...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 1049 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 9 nm southeast of Navarre Beach, or 11 nm
  southwest of Mary Esther, moving northeast at 60 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Choctawhatchee Bay, Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar, Fort Walton
  Liberty Ship Reef, Destin, East Pass At Destin, Okaloosa Pier, Mid
  Bay Bridge, and Mary Esther.
