  Coastal Waters from Point Reyes to Pigeon Point California out to
  10 nm...
  Waters from Pigeon Point to Point Pinos 10-60 NM...
  Waters from Point Reyes to Pigeon Point 10-60 NM...

* Until 845 PM PDT.

* At 639 PM PDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 nm south of Pillar Point to 8 nm north of Point
  Ano Nuevo, moving southwest at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or the National Weather
Service.
