  Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60
  nm...

* Until 830 AM PST..

* At 803 AM PST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 11 nm west of Camp Rilea, or 12 nm east of
  Columbia River Buoy 29, moving north at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ilwaco, Clatsop Spit, Klipsan Beach, Long Beach, Columbia River
  Bar, Cape Disappointment, and Ocean Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
