AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 56S118E 52S160E 57S160E 60S141E 60S127E 59S115E 56S118E. FORECAST Clockwise winds 35/45 knots within 600nm of low in northern semicircle. Winds associated with this system ease below 34 knots west of 125E by 191800UTC, and 156E by 201200UTC. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
