SITUATION AT 1800UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow associated with a low 999hPa near 39S095E, forecast low
1003hPa near 38S097E at 110000UTC, low 1007hPa near 37S098E at 110600UTC, and
weakening thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 38S089E 35S092E 35S097E 41S092E 41S090E 38S089E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 300nm of low in the western semicircle.
Winds easing below 34 knots throughout the area by 110600UTC. Very rough to
high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
