GALE WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN AND SOUTHERN AREAS

SITUATION AT 1200UTC
Vigorous flow associated with low 976hPa near 57S150E. Forecast low 978hPa near
54S155E at 241800UTC, low 980hPa near 53S160E at 250000UTC, low 982hPa near
51S164E at 250600UTC, and east of area thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 41S150E 46S160E 55S152E 60S139E 51S133E 41S150E.

FORECAST
Southwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 720nm of low in northwestern
semicircle. Winds easing below 34 knots from 250900UTC. Very rough to high
seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
