Vigorous flow associated with a cold front near 52S100E 60S105E, forecast near
52S105E 60S107E at 110900UTC and weakening thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 51S100E 53S106E 57S113E 60S113E 60S108E 58S104E 51S100E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds within 480nm east of front. Wind speeds 30/40
knots, easing below 34 knots throughout the area by 110900UTC. Rough to very
rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
