SITUATION AT 1200UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow associated with low 956hPa near 60S095E. Forecast low
961hPa near 61S098E at 021800UTC, and low 964hPa near 62S104E at 030000UTC, and
low 968hPa near 63S109E at 030600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 55S087E 53S093E 59S106E 62S106E 58S087E 55S087E.

FORECAST
Clockwise flow 30/40 knots within 480nm of low, contracting to within 360nm of
low by 021800UTC, contracting to within 120nm of low by 030000UTC and then wind
speeds easing throughout area below 34 knots by 030300UTC. Rough to very rough.
Heavy swell.
