SITUATION AT 0600UTC
Vigorous westerly flow associated with a low 970hPa near 60S157E at. Forecast
low 972 hPa near 59S165E at 201200UTC and east of area thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 52S144E 51S160E 57S160E 59S147E 52S144E .

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/45 knots within 600nm of low in northern semicircle. Winds
associated with this system easing below 34 knots throughout the area after
201200UTC. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
