Vigorous flow associated with cold front near 38S144E 43S148E 48S149E. Forecast
near 38S149E 45S152E 49S152E at 231800UTC, 37S152E 41S152E 48S158E 51S156E at
240000UTC and 38S157E 42S157E 46S161E 50S161E 53S160E at 240600UTC and 36S161E
44S161E at 241200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 36S166E 36S150E 39S143E 43S146E 46S143E 53S160E 45S160E 36S166E.

FORECAST
Southwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing within 150nm west of cold
front after 231200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
