Vigorous flow associated with a low 996hPa near 27.5S168.5E, forecast low
996hPa near 28.5S168.5E at 020000UTC, low 993hPa near 29.5S167.5E at 020600UTC,
low 994hPa near 30.5S166.5E at 021200UTC, and low 991hPa near 32S165E at
021800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 28S168E 31S161E 35S164E 35S167E 29S170E 28S168E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/45 knots within 200nm of low in the southern semicircle.
Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
