Vigorous flow associated with a low 1000hPa near 15.0S 128.5E. Forecast low
998hPa near 15.5S 129.5E at 271800UTC, low 1001hPa near 16.5S 130.0E at
280000UTC, low 988hPa near 17.5S 131.0E at 280600UTC, low 1001hPa near 17.5S
131.0E at 281200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 12S128E 13S130E 14S128E 12S128E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 35/46 knots, easing to below 34 knots by 271800UTC.
Rough to very rough seas. Low swell.
