SITUATION AT 0600UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow associated with a low 989hPa near 42S110E. Forecast low
995hPa near 42S113E at 021200UTC, low 999hPa near 41S115E at 021800UTC, low
1002hPa near 41S117E at 030000UTC, and low 1004hPa near 41S118E at 030600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 39S118E 48S106E 41S103E 37S108E 39S118E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 35/45 knots within 300nm of northwestern semicircle. Wind
speeds easing below 34 knots by 030000UTC. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to
heavy swell.
