Vigorous clockwise flow associated with low 951hPa near 59S090E. Forecast low
955hPa near 60S095E at 021200UTC, low 960hPa near 61S098E at 021800UTC, and low
965hPa near 62S104E at 030000UTC, and low 968hPa near 63S109E at 030600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 40S080E 56S108E 63S104E 60S080E 40S080E.

FORECAST
Clockwise flow 30/40 knots within 540nm of low. Wind speeds easing below 34
knots by 030000UTC. Rough to very rough. Heavy swell.
