Vigorous northwesterly flow associated with a cold front near 44S122E 54S137E.
Forecast 47S132E 55S143E at 270600UTC, 49S140E 57S152E at 271200UTC, 51S149E
58S159E at 271800UTC, and east of area near 53S163E 60S174E at 280000UTC

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S136E 58S160E 53S160E 47S128E 54S136E.

FORECAST
Northwest quarter winds 30/40 knots within 360nm east of front. Rough to very
rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
