SITUATION AT 0600UTC
Vigorous flow associated with a cold front near 46S132E 49S144E 53S150E,
forecast near 45S141E 49S151E 53S155E at 231200UTC, and near 44S146E 47S156E
53S160E at 231800UTC, weakening thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 60S114E 52S120E 48S131E 49S155E 55S150E 62S117E 60S114E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 34/40 knots within 240nm northeast of front. Winds
easing below 34 knots throughout the area by 240000UTC. Rough to very rough
seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
