The following message is transmitted at the request of the West
Virginia EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY Charleston West Virginia.

We have just received this important announcement regarding an
abducted child in Ona, Cabell County. The West Virginia State
Police are looking for Mila Carf, a white female, 6 years old, 3 
feet 4 inches tall, 65 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. 

The child was last seen at 89 Blue Spruce, Ona, WV, and is
believed to be in extreme danger. The child was last seen wearing
a black and white hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and athletic 
shoes. 

Authorities advise the child was likely abducted by the mother
Shana Carf, 37 years old, 5 foot 7 inches, 170 pounds, brown hair
and brown eyes. 

They may be traveling in a white 2014 Toyota Corolla, 4 door, 
with WV registration 33G810.
