Ida is forecast to follow a more northerly track and move across western Mississippi on Monday. Ida will continue to weaken through tonight. At this time, tropical storm conditions are not expected and thus we will discontinue the Tropical Storm Warning and Flash Flood Watch. POTENTIAL IMPACTS ----------------- * WIND: Little to no impacts are anticipated at this time across the ArkLaTex. * FLOODING RAIN: Protect against locally hazardous rainfall flooding having possible limited impacts across portions of Northeast Louisiana. Potential impacts include: | - Rivers and tributaries may quickly rise with swifter currents. Small streams, creeks, canals, bayous, and ditches may become swollen and overflow in spots. Elsewhere across ArkLaTex, little to no impact is anticipated. * TORNADOES: Little to no impacts are anticipated at this time across the ArkLaTex.
