* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Jefferson County in northeastern Kansas...
  Eastern Shawnee County in east central Kansas...
  Douglas County in east central Kansas...
  Eastern Jackson County in northeastern Kansas...

* Until 315 AM CDT.

* At 224 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Muscotah to 3 miles north of Meriden to 5 miles
  north of Auburn, moving southeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Topeka, Lawrence, Baldwin City, Valley Falls, Oskaloosa, Tecumseh,
  Eudora, Perry, McLouth, Meriden, Ozawkie, Nortonville, Lecompton,
  Clinton, Winchester, Lone Star, Whiting, Pleasant Grove, Vinland,
  and Pauline.

This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 173 and 205.
