...WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM THIS EVENING...

Northeast winds of 20 to 30 mph with frequent gusts to 35 mph are
expected through the day across the Marianas. Winds will diminish
somewhat tonight to between 15 and 25 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Make sure tarps, canopies and tents are well-secured. Be alert for
sudden wind gusts if you are driving a high-profile vehicle, such
as a container truck or bus.
