* WHAT...Heavy snow coming to an end this afternoon. Total snow
  accumulation of 4 to 6 inches, locally higher along the mountain
  peaks. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.
