...RED FLAG WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FOR WAYNE NATIONAL FOREST...

Relative humidity will start to increase and winds have
temporarily decreased allowing the Red Flag Warning to expire. 
Winds will pick up again overnight. Fire weather concerns remain 
elevated into the first part of the overnight hours until rain 
moves into the region.
