FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE ELEVEN POINT/DONIPHAN
ARM OF THE MARK TWAIN NATIONAL FOREST AND WAYNE COUNTY MISSOURI...

* Affected Area...In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 098, 100, 106, 
  107 and 108.

* Winds...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 20 percent.

* 10 Hour Fuels...as low as 6 percent.

* Impacts...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
