Winds will increase back above warning criteria this evening and
peak Saturday afternoon as a secondary low pressure system 
crosses the Southern Rockies. West-southwest winds with sustained
speeds of 20 to 30 knots and gusts up to 40 knots are expected. 
Winds will not subside as usual tonight and into Saturday morning 
as strong winds aloft are brought to the surface along the east 
slopes of the Franklin Mountains, with continued gusts to 30 
knots throughout the nighttime hours. 

Winds will peak again mid-afternoon Saturday with gusts up to 40 
knots. Blowing dust may reduce visibility this afternoon and 
again Saturday afternoon, with better confidence on Saturday. 
Visibility may fall to 3 to 5 miles for a few hours each 
afternoon. Winds will diminish Saturday night.
