Another windy day is expected with west winds increasing quickly 
and exceeding 35 knots by the mid afternoon. A few gusts may even
reach up to 40 knots. Patchy blowing dust may limit visibility 
at times during the afternoon. Winds will decrease in speed around
sunset.
