* HIGHEST THREAT...Near the Canadian border. 

* TIMING...Through 7pm today. 

* WINDS...South 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the 70s.

* LIGHTNING...None expected.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread toward the
  north. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
