...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EST THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR CLEVELAND COUNTY...

At 449 PM EST, Elevated runoff from earlier excessive rainfall will 
continue to work south across Cleveland County into the evening.  
Flooding will becoming increasingly limited to the Broad River 
proper.  Therefore, this warning will expire on schedule.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Gauges reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
